3. How many passengers can the Cirrus SR22 G5 accommodate? The Cirrus SR22 G5 comfortably accommodates up to 3 passengers plus the pilot. This intimate cabin setting provides personalized comfort ideal for individuals, couples, or small groups.

4. How far and fast can the Cirrus SR22 G5 fly? Our aircraft has an approximate range of 700 nautical miles at speeds averaging 160–180 knots (about 185–210 mph), making it perfect for convenient, efficient flights throughout the Southeastern United States.

5. What amenities does your aircraft offer? Our Cirrus SR22 G5 is equipped with luxurious leather seating, ample legroom, and full air conditioning to keep passengers comfortable throughout the flight. Large windows provide panoramic views, enhancing your flying experience.

6. How safe is the Cirrus SR22 G5? Safety is our top priority. The Cirrus SR22 G5 is equipped with the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS), an innovative whole-aircraft parachute designed to safely lower the aircraft to the ground in an emergency. This revolutionary safety feature, combined with advanced avionics, makes our aircraft one of the safest general aviation options available.

7. Can MariJune charter international flights? Currently, MariJune operates exclusively within the contiguous 48 states (CONUS). At this time, we do not offer international flights.

8. Are there limitations regarding passenger and luggage weight? Yes, weight and balance are important for flight safety and performance. We carefully manage passenger and baggage weight to comply with aircraft specifications. Typically, the Cirrus SR22 G5 can accommodate a combined passenger and baggage load of around 700 pounds, depending on fuel requirements and flight conditions. We'll coordinate with you to ensure a smooth, safe travel experience.

9. Can the Cirrus SR22 G5 fly in all types of weather? Our aircraft is fully IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) rated and capable, meaning we can operate safely in most weather conditions. However, our plane is not certified for flight into known icing conditions (FIKI). Safety always comes first; therefore, flights may be adjusted based on weather conditions.

10. At what altitudes do flights typically operate? Flights typically operate at comfortable altitudes between 7,000 and 10,000 feet. The cabin is not pressurized; however, these altitudes provide a comfortable and smooth flight experience, ideal for most trips within the Southeast region.

11. Can MariJune access smaller, more convenient airports? Absolutely! One of the greatest advantages of flying with MariJune is our ability to utilize both smaller regional airports and larger commercial airports. This flexibility often allows passengers to arrive closer to their actual destination, significantly reducing ground travel time and improving overall convenience.

12. Are there hidden fees or extra charges for the crew? Except for extremely rare special events (like the Super Bowl) where additional surcharges are required by the airport or FBO, our pricing is all inclusive, meaning there are no hidden fees or extra charges for the crew. The hourly rate covers all costs associated with the flight, including pilot fees, fuel, and aircraft maintenance. We believe in transparent pricing to ensure you know exactly what to expect. If there are any such fees you will always be notified in advance. Our layover fees are all inclusive as well, meaning you will not be charged for the crew's hotel or food.

13. What are the crew duty time limitations? FAA regulations under Part 135 establish strict limitations on pilot duty and flight time to ensure safety. As a single-pilot operation, MariJune adheres to the following general guidelines:

  • A maximum duty day of 14 hours, including all pre- and post-flight operations
  • A maximum of 8 hours flight time in any 24-hour period
  • At least 10 hours of rest between duty periods
  • Extended duty limits apply when multiple flights or long ground waits are involved

These rules ensure that our pilot is always well-rested and ready to deliver a safe, alert flying experience.

14. Should I book my trip as a roundtrip or separate dropoff and pickup flights? If your return flight is within the same or next day, a roundtrip booking keeps the aircraft at your destination and maximizes flexibility. If your return is more than one day later, separate dropoff and pickup bookings may reduce cost by allowing the aircraft to serve other passengers in between. However, return availability is not guaranteed unless scheduled in advance. Roundtrips offer more flexibility and guaranteed access; separate flights may save money if your return is further out and flexibility is less critical.
